Subprime Lending is bringing this country to it's knees, soon on its butt.
Greedy lenders took advantage of the elderly, minorities and handicapped. Greedy lenders stole equity from their properties
and ruined their lives and seek refuge in the bankrupcy courts or financial aid from the Governemnt. While the uninformed
blame the poor homeowners, the professionals are well aware, that poor people do not set the standards for loan approval nor
do they grant the loans.
